Aaron was one of the better ball handlers I’ve seen all summer. He has a solid skill set to go with a developing long-range jumper. Aaron’s skills will be put to the test in California.

There is a ton of talent in California. Aaron will have his opportunity night in and night out to compete against some of the best players in his region.

I asked Claytor how did he feel about not being ranked. “I’m not concerned with the rankings. I am more focused on my development as a complete player.”

Claytor understands the importance of focusing on developing his body. This is the next phase in his development and growth.

Over the summer Claytor’s play has allowed him to receive interest from schools such as San Francisco, and Cal Poly of late. He also has received offers from the University of Radford and North Carolina A&T.

Claytor thrives in the open court. This is where he is at his best, facilitating as a floor general. Claytor has good size at his age, and he’s got a good feel for reading and reacting to the defense at the offensive end.
