As I continue to crisscross the country and get a peek at some of the talents in different regions at the high school and college levels. Jackson captured my attention as an athletic lengthy prospect with good ball skills. He’s definitely a legit three-level scorer.
Jackson is poise and under control. He executes with fundamentals and techniques of upperclassmen. In my personal opinion, I believe the nation should become more familiar with Taviontae Jackson of Colorado State.
Jackson’s stats are impressive for a freshman. He is currently averaging. 8.1 points per game, 4.1 rebounds, and 4 assists per game. His field goal percentage is 61.8% and his 3 pt Field Goal % is 37.5.
This young man’s game translates to the next level. He thrives in the open court; he facilitates as a floor general. Jackson gets downhill and attacks the basket through contact.
And the crazy part is; he’s just a freshman & Colorado State has the luxury of having him for the next three years!
