Introducing Bourgeois Tshilobo, a rising prospect on the basketball court, hailing from San Gabriel Academy in California. This impressive young athlete originally hails from Kinshasa, Congo, and has been making incredible strides since his arrival in the United States in 2021.
At an impressive 6 feet 8 inches and 225 pounds, Tshilobo boasts an incredible physical presence that has made him a force to be reckoned with on the court. Despite being relatively new to the game, Tshilobo has quickly become a good player under the skilled guidance of his coaches.
Last season, Tshilobo impressed audiences with his raw talent and impressive skills while playing with the Syndicate on the 15 and under EYBL circuit. His strength and agility in the post allowed him to easily seal defenders and finish plays above the rim, showcasing his natural talent for the game. Tshilobo hand-eye coordination and catching ability are improving for a player of his size.
Tshilobo has become a formidable force on both sides of the court. His impressive abilities as a rim runner have allowed him to excel both offensively and defensively, while also demonstrating a strong talent for guarding players in the post and displaying flashes of his shot-blocking ability.
Tshilobo incredible strength and physicality also make him an excellent rebounder, helping to secure his position as a good player on the court. Under the skilled guidance of his coach, Kevin McCloskey, Tshiobo has shown incredible potential as a standout defender, constantly striving to improve and take his game to the next level.
Thanks to his natural talent, hard work, and dedication to his craft, Tshilobo has received an offer from UT Arlington. Without question, Bourgeois Tshilobo will continue to make waves this entire grassroots season.
