Meet Angelo Ciaravino, the 6’6″ 175-pound small forward from Chicago Illinois. During a brief chat at the recent Under Armour event on April 22, 2023, I inquired about his recruitment progress since receiving offers from Southern Illinois and Wisconsin-Green Bay on February 9th. Ciaravino revealed that Belmont and Loyola University had recently shown interest in him.
Before the tournament began, I asked Angelo about his goals for the event and what he wanted to showcase to college coaches. He responded with a desire to demonstrate his unwavering work ethic and dedication to the game.
He emphasized his commitment to always give his best effort, assuring coaches that they will never be disappointed with his performance on the court.

I also asked him about his aspirations for the upcoming season. Angelo expressed a desire to improve his offensive aggressiveness, develop his ball-handling skills, and play with more guard-like qualities.
My observations during the two games I saw him play confirmed his impressive shooting accuracy from beyond the arc, solid ball-handling skills, and exceptional vocal leadership on the court. Ciaravino exudes confidence and plays with a unique swagger, while his defensive capabilities allow him to defend players in positions one through three.
Overall, Angelo Ciaravino is an exceptional player with nice potential and good qualities that will undoubtedly make him a valuable asset to a college team.
