“The Countdown Begins: Vegas Top 100 from the Past 20 Years | Part 3 (50-26)”

Stepping Off the Porch: Part Three of Las Vegas’ Top 100 Players in the Last 20 Years

When you’re building something rooted in opinion and history, and putting it on a public platform, you have to be open. Open to feedback. Open to criticism. And open to the fact that not everyone will agree with you—sometimes, the feedback won’t be flattering. But I knew what I was signing up for when I decided to take on the challenge of highlighting the Top 100 Las Vegas Basketball Players of the Last 20 Years.

“I knew there was a chance I’d miss a few hoopers—some worthy of this list. But overall, I’m proud of the work that’s been put in.”

This list isn’t just about ranking talent. It’s about starting meaningful dialogue. It’s about recognizing the impact players have had—not just on the court, but on the overall basketball culture in Las Vegas. Many of these athletes have played pivotal roles in shaping what the game looks like here today. From neighborhood gyms to college arenas, from late-night workouts to buzzer-beaters that shook the stands—each name carries a story that deserves to be told.

Now, as we move into Part Three of this countdown, we will continue to shine a spotlight on the hoopers who’ve laced up and left their mark on Vegas hardwood. Whether they made it to the league, became local legends, or paved the way for the next wave—this is about legacy.
